- Work with internal teams, partner brands and banks to clearly define the customer proposition and experience
- Design the user journeys for on-boarding, card usage and card management
- Work with the design and technology team in an agile development framework to ensure timely delivery of the user journeys
- Drive external stakeholders to ensure that the agreed processes, customer experience, TATs, offers are implemented
- Liaison with key internal stakeholders like marketing, technology etc. to drive card acquisition & usage through the platform
- Track the targeted growth in card acquisition/ usage and carry out necessary interventions to meet the plan
- Keep auditing the customer experience, competition offerings and keep improving on it constantly to achieve the desired metrics
Desired Profile
- 4-6 years of product management experience in credit cards/ consumer lending/ financial services
- MBA from Tier - 1 institute (engineering background preferred)
- Exposure to Agile methodology of product development is a must
- Comfortable working with Data (Collection, Extraction and Analysis
- Strong presentation, analytical and communication skills are required
