JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive bureau match function to ensure refinement of bureau's dedupe algorithm for search & match

- Ensure improvement in data accuracy of bureau database by collaborating with internal stakeholders & clients

- Analyze credit information to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, including identifying patterns of errors or inconsistencies in credit reporting

- Develop and implement strategies to improve credit bureau reporting and analysis, including improving the accuracy and completeness of credit reporting data

- Work closely with IT department to develop and enhance search and match algorithms to ensure accurate credit bureau reporting and to identify potential matches that may require further investigation

- Use statistical and machine learning techniques to identify patterns and reduce false positives in search and match results

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate credit reporting and resolve any discrepancies, including working with credit reporting agencies and other data sources to reconcile differences in credit data

- Stay up to date on all regulatory changes in the credit bureau industry and ensure compliance

- Train and manage a team of credit bureau analysts, including providing guidance on credit data analysis, search and match algorithm development and enhancement, and false positive reduction techniques

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field

- At least 2 years of experience in quality of credit information related operations, or a related field

- At least 2 years of experience in working on match algorithms

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools

- Experience with developing and enhancing search and match algorithms for credit data

- Deep understanding of credit bureau industry regulations and compliance requirements Internal

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience managing a team of analysts

- Detail-oriented and highly organized

- Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
