EXPERIENCE - 6-10 Years

We are looking for energetic candidates who can bring new ideas into the Corporate Salary business. He/ She must be innovative and good at relationship building. Knowledge of corporate salary product will be an added advantage for the job profile.

JOB ROLE

- Product Management - Manage the existing suite of corporate salary products

- Develop new product variants for new segments

- Conduct Competition Benchmarking - Track competition products, identify new features and recommend basis profitability evaluation

- Monitor and track business growth basis product variants and recommend offer revision where required

- Identify, review and facilitate development of marketing collaterals pertaining to the Salary Portfolio

- Review and ensure updated product information is made available on various touch points i.e., both internal and external customers

- Resolve queries on product, conduct need based product training and track performance across key product parameters

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: Graduate/ Post-graduate (MBA Preferred)

- Prior experience in a product manager role

- Complete knowledge of corporate salary product, will be an added advantage

- Knowledge of AML/KYC norms related to corporate salary

- Team player, passionate, energetic, fast learner, pro-active

- Abreast with the latest updates in banking industry

- Excellent communication skills
