Product Manager (Content strategy) for E commerce Healthcare Company Exp : 10 - 15 Years We are looking for Product Manager (Content strategy) who will be responsible for :&nbsp; - Own, envision and drive the strategic roadmap and experience for the 'Content' product, for Client - Synthesize product strategy by collaborating with key stakeholders, interacting with customers, and conducting competitor analysis/market research to build and manage an actionable product roadmap - Define, manage, prioritize and define features for different tracks for the product; drive end-to-end product requirements across multiple technology teams - Conduct user interviews to craft and evolve the UX of the product - Promote and encourage data-driven decision making throughout the team; define measurable product success metrics, goals and KPIs - Foster a culture of innovation, share best practices within the team - Roll-up the sleeves and take up additional responsibilities from time to time Qualifications: - 6+ years of relevant work in product management with 2+ years as product manager in a content related area - Highly analytical and quantitative, follows a data-driven approach, and uses success metrics to measure impact - Able to prioritize deliverables, negotiate with stakeholders, have technical discussions, and conduct meetings with technical and business leaders - Good undertanding of product management methodologies that support agile software development environments - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - Experience in designing and launching content or CMS systems for digital products (desirable) - Experience of working in a digital healthcare company is a preference - A Bachelor's degree or an M.B.A.
