- 3 - 6 years of product management experience
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS or marketplaces is a must.
- Ability to build a product from ground up and influence multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for both data-driven thinking and user experience.
- Radical thinking paired with strong, tenacious execution. Ability to envision a world different than the status quo and articulate and drive a clear path to get us there.
- Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Should have all that it takes to succeed in a startup environment - flexibility, working beyond the call of duty, ability to multitask and deliver under pressure, and a high level of ownership.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understanding user and business requirements for content operation workflows by talking with customers, sales teams, and customer success teams.
- Setting ambitious, time-sensitive goals and achievable product goals.
- Curating the product roadmap to deliver on key business goals.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to build alignment on the product roadmap.
- Partner with engineering, data, and design teams to build, test, iterate, and scale features.
- Ensuring the product is competitive in the market and competitive landscape.
