Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of our customer app. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of scaling customer apps and driving key metrics. You will play a crucial role in defining the product strategy, prioritizing features, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience tailored to the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Ownership: Take full ownership of the customer app, including defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive user engagement and satisfaction.

- Scaling the App: Lead efforts to scale the customer app by identifying growth opportunities, optimizing user acquisition, and driving user retention, particularly within the Indian audience.

- Metric Tracking and Improvement: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to user behavior, engagement, and retention. Implement data-driven strategies to improve these metrics and achieve business objectives.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

- User Research: Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand customer needs and pain points, particularly focusing on the Indian market, and translate insights into actionable product features and enhancements.

- Feature Prioritization: Prioritize product features and improvements based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

- Agile Development: Lead the product development process using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.

Required Tools & Technologies:

- Analytics Platforms: Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or Mixpanel to track and analyze user behavior and app performance.

- A/B Testing Tool

- Customer Feedback Tools: Experience with tools like SurveyMonkey, Typeform, or UserTesting for gathering user feedback and insights.

- SQL: Basic understanding of SQL for querying databases to extract and analyze relevant data.

- Dashboarding Tools: Familiarity with tools like Tableau or Metabase for creating dashboards to monitor key metrics.

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a customer app or consumer-facing product.

- Proven experience in scaling a customer app and driving key metrics such as user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and user experience (UX) best practices.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and personalization strategies.

- Knowledge of mobile app development processes and technologies.

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
