Product Manager - Consulting Firm

Product Manager role :

Our eCommerce platform team needs enterprising Product Managers that will work on the challenges and problems that will shape the consumer buying experience. He or she will be responsible for detailed planning and execution of the new initiatives and will be required to scale and lead a team as these initiatives gain traction.

The role requires coordination and building alignment across multiple internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong record to own and execute strategic, cross-functional projects as well as partner with other teams to drive key mission critical innovation programs.

Duties and Responsibilities :

You will be expected to :

- Help in defining a product vision and strategy

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes

- Take overall responsibility for the success of your product

- Meet regularly with all stakeholders, including product developers, marketing Customer service and company heads

- Collect, analyze and respond to user feedback

- Gather and evaluate ideas and opinions

- Plan new features and changes to a product

- Demonstrate new ideas and features to stakeholders

- Create timelines and roadmaps for developing the product

- Create and oversee development and project management processes

- Inspire and enthuse colleagues and users of the product

- Stay on top of the market and competitors

- Participate, sharing knowledge and collaborating with engineers, specifically attending and/or presenting at internal knowledge forums, community events

Basic Qualifications :

- Excellent analytical skills to break down and solve complex problems.

- Past experience in handling data based and highly analytical problems

- 5+ years professional experience in Product Management with most of them from a product company

- Ability to understand and talk technology; pro activeness in developing understanding of various applications of technology

- Entrepreneurial spirit to growth hack and work in a dynamic environment
