3 ) MEDICAL EQUIPMENT FINANCE
- Acquisition is being created in the Bank / NBFC
- As a Product Manager, the role will be responsible for tie-ups & helping to acquire clients in the all the above 3 products.
- Good tie-ups with OEMs.
- To handle the manufacturer, Supplier, vendor, alternate channel management with the Bank.
- Regional role covering CONSTRUCTION equipment and Printing and packaging businesses.
- The stake holder management are covered including various departments like business, credit, operations, IT and business process for the smoother functioning of the business.
- Tie-ups for new business with OEMs.
Core Responsibilities :
- Acquisition and management of Equipment FINANCE customers for their equipment purchase & working capital requirements
- Complete life cycle management of the customer (acquisition, on-boarding , portfolio , activation and attrition management)
- Enhance trade revenue by increasing wallet share in newly onboarded and existing accounts
- Facilitate customer trade transaction and ensure straight through processing
- People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities
- Self-driven with positive mindset
- Eager to develop and deliver projects and assignments within timelines
- Solution oriented approach and collaborative skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities :
- Conducting due diligence on customer & transaction to cater various AML and Regulatory requirements related to transaction.
Key Internal Interactions :Purpose of Interaction :
Risk team: For assessment of limits to clients.
OSD/CSD: For limit set up of transactions
Key External Interactions :
- Trade & Business Associations :For tie ups and generating leads for acquisition of clients.
- Interact with credit bureaus and relevant stakeholders
- Minimum Qualifications : PG Any specialization
- Language Skills :English, Hindi , Local language
- Years of Experience : relevant experience of 5 years plus in the industry / segment & well versed with banking processes
