Product Manager - Commercial card

- Drive Commercial Card volumes / new initiatives & enhancements: Vendor/co branding/distribution partnership

Team Management :

- Manage, Mentor and grow the team of product managers to drive Commercial card business

System enablement :

- Work on identifying key system enhancement areas for Cards aligned with the business roadmap

- Prepare BRDs for key projects/system enhancements/capability building

- Back the requirements with Business case and projections to take up with senior management for cost approvals and project prioritization

- Work closely with Sales team to convert ideas into tangible deliverables as per evolving market trends

Acquisition journey enablement :

- Drive internal co-origination journeys for co-sourcing cards with other businesses

- Enable addition of incremental system modules/network/service provider integrations

- Understand system feasibility to setup the customized environment for commercial cards within V+/other key systems to create scalability for card business

Co-brand/White label association :

- Tech enablement for new associations - API integrations/process setup/approvals etc for new age associations with fintechs/co-brand

Exp - Min. 12-14 years; experience in Cards product mandatory, with relevant experience in Commercial cards.
