- Spearhead operations related to supporting business/ transaction volumes avg. and serve as a team lead responsible for supporting and enhancing the various processes involved in CB Business
- Drive the Insurance business for the group, pan India basis which includes target setting, monitoring achievement daily and publishing various management reports
- Examine stand-up India business by publishing enablers and knowledge series to Sales Team across PAN India
- Conceptualize & implement competitive strategies for generating sales, entering into new market / product segments, developing as well as expanding markets and products towards the achievement of revenue & profitability goals
- Work as Product Manager and impact organization profitability through effective strategic & tactical management decisions and new business development
- Maximize sales opportunities, proactively creating new opportunities, developing & managed relationships with industry partners and work with them on business growth opportunities beneficial to all parties.
