- Develop and enhance offerings by harvesting IP from relevant opportunities, customers and market data
- As with any product management role in a fast-growing company, day-to-day responsibilities will span the entire product management lifecycle and include deep interaction with customers, sales, service delivery and engineering.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Gathering requirements from customers, sales, service delivery and operations and driving ongoing prioritization of service capabilities.
- Develop detailed personas, use cases and functional/non functional and technical requirements to communicate these needs to engineering
- Driving roadmap, positioning, requirements and feature delivery for Offering Integrating analytics and scalable, contextual approach to offering and solution
