Product Manager - Chemical Refinery & Petrochemicals

1. Product Development Leadership: Lead the technical aspects of new product development initiatives, including collaborating with R&D teams to ensure products meet performance specifications, regulatory requirements, storage, handling & delivery requirements, and cost requirements.

2. Technical Expertise and Support: Serve as the primary technical resource within the organization for the company's product portfolio. Provide guidance on chemical properties, applications, and compatibility, offering support to internal teams, customers, and partners as needed.

3. Regulatory Compliance Management: Ensure that all products adhere to relevant regulatory standards and requirements, such as safety data sheets (SDS), product labelling, and environmental regulations. Stay updated on evolving regulations and work closely with regulatory affairs teams to obtain necessary approvals and certifications. Also work with R&D to identify alternate RM, which are compliant for usage.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and regulatory affairs, to drive product initiatives from concept to commercialization. Facilitate communication and alignment across departments, ensuring that technical requirements are effectively integrated into strategic planning and execution.
