Product Manager (Channel Partner) - Trading Industry
Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager - Channel Partners (AP) to drive the growth and success of our AP business.
- The role includes onboarding new Channel Partners (APs), providing continuous support until they are fully operational, and ensuring their success by driving business outcomes.
- Drive revenues from AP business by collaborating with APs to promote products such as Demat, Retail Trading, and Wealth Management products (e.g., Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, FDs).
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in product management, partner management, or channel sales, preferably in the financial services or stockbroking industry.
- Strong understanding of AP business models and partner management, with a proven track record of driving partner success.
- Experience in developing and managing dashboards, particularly those tailored for business partners or sub-brokers, is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and experience in creating targeted campaigns for partner engagement and lead generation.
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross functionally with teams such as Product, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the capability to guide and motivate partners and internal teams.
