Job Description-

Product Manager (Cataract)

- Define overall strategy for business and drive targeted revenue and gross margin.

- Responsible for pricing, product mix, product portfolio, and promotion for the suite of products.

- Develop and drive marketing programs including patient acquisition, ATL and BTL to drive and sustain the

cataract business across centres.

- Drive product training to deliver excellent - patient experience-,

- Collaborate with Operations (Sales) team to improve execution and results of the Cataract business.
