Job Title: Product Manager - Cash Management Services
Department: CMS Product and Implementation team
Client - A Leading Private Sector Bank
Job Purpose: Development of technology-intensive products along with Technology and Process team. Driving them along with the sales team.
Area of Responsibility
Product Development:
- Product management and enhancement of CMS Products.
- Independent running of the assigned product
- Support pre-sales from the Product Knowledge point of view
- Understanding of the client/market requirement in detail.
- Ensuring sound architecture of the product so that it remains robust and scalable.
- Ensuring product contours are remaining regulatory and compliance guidelines as issued from time to time by RBI / Ministry of Finance or any other regulatory body
- Interact with various control teams such as compliance, legal, Operations Risk Management Group etc
- Tracking of the numbers and ensure overall profitability at Product and Client level
Training and sales responsibility :
- Generating repeated business from the existing clients.
- New client acquisitions.
- Organizing training to the sales team for the respective product.
- Creation of sales presentations/documents etc. to be submitted to client.
- Joining sales teams in sales calls and assisting them in a presentation.
- Organizing review with Zonal Heads along with sales teams.
