To improve processes & build portfolio analytics across different bank

To negotiate & manage transactions for varying interest rates and tenures of Retail & Bulk Term Deposits

# Strategic Initiatives:

1. New Proposition: Craft customer acquisition strategy based on market & portfolio analysis and launch sales campaigns targeting specific demographics

2. Develop - Senior Savings A/c- for senior citizens based on indepth interactions with channel managers & customers; along with reclassification of demographics specific to the target segment

3. New Channel Development

4. Conceptualize innovative and unique strategy to leverage the internet for customer acquisition

5. Develop online product based on market research

6. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to define business requirement, vendor/technical specifications and design process flow, user interface, marketing strategy
