Our role is that of a Product Manager CASA who could take end to end ownership of the assigned saving product including designing, development and lifecycle management.

Job Description

1. End to end ownership of assigned Savings Product - Design, Develop and Life cycle Management.

2. Co-own the development along with Technology folks and deliver the new/revised product with in the agreed time lines.

3. Continuous review of product vis- vis changes in regulation and ensure to implement with impacting customer experience.

Accountability

1. Developing a Digital strategy for the Bank conjoint with the channels, digital and products

2. Work In conjunction with Marketing/ sales and leverage the physical presence of the sales team to deliver the numbers

3. Regulatory interface where ever it is necessitated

Profile

1. Should have a minimum 6-8 years of experience in Banking, preferably with New age Bank

2. Should have experience in CASA products

3. CBS knowledge is a must

Skills

1. Must possess the sharp business acumen to understand the complexity of the business and proactively provide solutions

2. Be a detailed oriented person along with execution skills

3. Ability to manage relationships to nurture cross-functional working

4. Analytical decision-making skills
