Client : A leading Private sector bank

Location : Mumbai

The candidate will be responsible for the planning and execution of new account acquisition activities delivered through digital channels.

Key deliverable include :

- Manage the development and implementation of ongoing digital channel acquisition activities, and campaigns

- Plan new programs leveraging digital channel capabilities related to cards.

- Working with cross-functional teams to help design and implement key strategic initiatives supporting volume growth and customer experience improvements

- Work on key acquisition drivers and performance metrics, uncovering insights that will enable better decision-making

- Establish and maintain close working relationships with key business partners (including Digital Channels, Retail Risk Management, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Credit Centre Operations, etc.) to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

- Track competitive trends/activity and identify opportunities
