Product Manager - Business Travel & Expense Platform - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/FMS/MDI

A fast growing business travel and expense platform recognised by Nasscom with their Emerge50 award and raised Series B is looking for Product Managers.

As it is a start up environment, you need to work across multiple functions in the company to create the best experience for clients.

Role

- Take on end to end ownership of the product

- Own the product and associated business metrics

- Decide the road-map and execution plan

- Be the voice of customer, obsess over customer winning outcomes and translate it into product requirements

- Lead a strong cross-functional team comprising engineers, designers, business development managers and data analysts to drive product from conception-to-launch-to-growth

- Should know the basics of business (to define problem and impact), basics of software (to define an engineering solution) and basics of design (to define a user journey).

- 2-5 years of experience, with an engineering undergrad and an MBA post-grad from a top tier institute, B2B or SaaS product experience is a huge plus
