Job Description:
- Increase penetration & support company in growing market share through new business initiatives.
- Manage entire process of Alternate Distribution Channel/ Lead
- Management from HO with help of frontline sales team.
Increase:
- Logins and Login to Conversion and appoint new aggregators for lead generation.
- Team management and drive team for business support and increase business from HO.
- Manage All India Brokers/ Auto Consultant business.
- Currently 1300+ brokers available in the market and 700 enrolled.
- Conduct trainings and meetings for team and auto consultants.
- Manage CSC - Business with the frontline sales team and bring business growth
- Resolve the issues escalated by frontline sales team & the dealers
- Coordinate with training team to improve the efficiency of the frontline sales team
- Understand various reports & take corrective action with the dealership & ; frontline sales team
- Close coordination with the frontline sales team on daily/weekly basis w.r.t.
- Targets vs Achieved & escalate the issues to them
- Take new Initiative for Business Development and drive them.
