Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)
1. Create a roadmap for business development in Furnishings & Packaging segment
2. Create a Furniture and packaging segment specific database of current and potential customers; products & applications; emerging trends in the Region
3. Proactively engage with key customers & stakeholders, and through industry forums, create arenas for interacting with downstream influencers, to capture new business opportunities
4. Facilitate actions on the identified business opportunities along with Sales colleagues, handover for regular business once commercial supplies are established.
5. Responsible for guiding and facilitating regional NBD/AE/PDQC in the study for business opportunities (All regions)
6. New Product development and innovative solutions. Proactive planning and identification of new products - Futuristic.
