Product Manager/Business Analyst - Workforce Collaboration/Scheduling/LMS/Communication - Software Product Firm

Our client is a well-established Software Product Organization based in Pune. They develop products for managing Workforce engagement and enterprise collaboration.

They are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for driving the Product strategy, roadmap, innovation and success

S/He will be responsible for:

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.

- Turn abstract ideas into user-friendly features per specific use cases.

- Define the product experience, and turn high-level business needs into functional requirement.

- Create and own clear product roadmaps, developing the business case and ROI for new features.

- Draft user flows, communicate project scope effectively, and manage products through development, QA, UA Testing, and launch.

- Prioritize projects based on impact, execute rapidly and iterate on promising ideas.

- Prepare and set functional and non-functional acceptance criteria for the releases.

- Perform competitive analysis and market positioning.

To qualify for this position, you must:

- Engineering (MBA preferred)

- 3 to 8 years of exp in Product Management / Business Analysis

- Have experience in working in Workforce Collaboration, Engagement, Communication, LMS, Time Management, Scheduling, Workforce Management domain

- Have good experience of working with Tech, Marketing, Sales teams

- Have good communication skills
