You will be part of the Product management team the core engine to drive the new features in the product & solutions and here is the brief description of the role and responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
- As a Product Manager you are to define business requirements and produce functional design specifications on timely basis.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members. Proactive and effective communications to all stakeholders on the product new functionalities, changes or upcoming features
Requirements :
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BE/B.Tech. Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred

- Talent Management areas related to Performance Management, Succession planning, 360 degree
