Product Manager - Boutique Investment Firm - AIF & PMS

Hiring Manager Product for a boutique invest company based out of Mumbai.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- You will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and managing research products and services that provide actionable insights and analysis to clients in the financial markets. This role bridges the gap between the analytical aspects of equity research and the delivery of valuable information to clients.

Your role will include:

a. Product Strategy and Development:

- Directly work with the Founder on international and Domestic product marketing strategy

- Collaborate with research teams, sales teams, and clients to identify market needs and opportunities.

- Define the strategic vision for research products aligned with the firm's goals and client requirements.

- Develop and maintain a roadmap for product development, enhancements, and innovation.

b. Market Research:

- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to understand trends, competitive landscape, and client preferences.

- Identify gaps in the existing product offerings and propose solutions to address those gaps.

c. Product Design and Enhancement:

- Translate client needs and market insights into clear product requirements and specifications.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful collateral distribution.

d. Client Engagement:

- Collaborate with sales and client relationship teams to gather client feedback and incorporate it into product development.

- Conduct client interviews, surveys, and focus groups to gather insights and validate product concepts.

e. Product Marketing and Communication:

- Develop marketing materials, product documentation, and presentations to support sales efforts.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote research products through various channels.
