Product Manager - Block Chain

As a Product Manager for Blockchain Solutions at Arthmate, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our blockchain product strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into innovative product features, and you will be responsible for guiding the successful delivery of blockchain projects.

Responsibilities:

- Lead blockchain product development from concept to delivery.

- Shape the product roadmap with blockchain expertise.

- Successfully deliver 1-2 live blockchain projects with impact.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize features.

- Ensure technically sound and user-friendly product features.

- Oversee testing and maintain high user experience standards.

- Conduct UAT and continuously enhance product features.

- Execute go-to-market strategies for blockchain products.

- Monitor KPIs and optimize product performance with data insights.

Requirements:

- 4-8 years of experience as a Product Manager, including 1-2 years of experience in blockchain.

- Proven track record of leading and delivering 1-2 live projects using blockchain technology.

- Experience with Hyperledger Fabric and Ethereum.

- Solid understanding of blockchain technology, including smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps).

- Exceptional product management skills, including market research, user-centered design, and Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- A passion for staying up-to-date with blockchain trends and emerging technologies.
