Product Manager - BFSI/FinTech

- Build Product Roadmap for Neo Bank focusing all financial services related product.

- Lead a team of Product Managers, Designers, QA & Engineers.

- Prioritize developments and evaluate basis proper product management prioritization frameworks including various API integrations.

- Keep a close eye on competitors and define the product roadmap, improvements, and initiatives.

- Closely work with the Sales & Partnership teams.

- Overall 8+ years of experience in Product roles in Fintech/NBFC/Payments domain.

- Team management experience of at least 2+ years.

- Strong understanding of the regulatory and compliance requirements for NBFC/Fintech.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

- Self-starter who can execute in a fast-paced environment
