Product Manager - BFSI

Technical Expertise: Product in-depth analysis, Product profiling, evaluation, recommendations, Competitive analysis, online user behavior analysis, Business Intelligence, financial domain understanding and expertise.

Language Proficiency: English and Hindi- Strong command in verbal & written communication; knowledge of local/ other language is a plus

Areas of Responsibility: Key elements and required results of the role:

- Product research, competitive analysis, positioning and packaging of the product

- Work closely with business, technology, operations, sales, marketing teams to gather the product requirements and build the final version and structure of the product vision.

- Define the product roadmap, release models and delivery the same.

- Responsible for sourcing, identifying and generation of new ideas, based on internal intelligence, user behavioural trends, market analysis and revenue maximization.

- Preparation of the product note/policies as per the guidelines and benchmarking the product features with the peers.

- Successful launch of the new product, versions, enhancements, in line with the cost, scope, quality and schedule

- Report and study the market requirement for the products, competitors products and industry analysis on the products.

- Review positioning, design features, and associated processes on changes in the Product, understand acceptance of the same among users, and community.

- Create visibility of the product in coordination with marketing & digital marketing team in creative art work.

- Bringing together all related functional areas related to product design, pricing and management.

- Identify high potential business area.

- Positioning portfolio strategy as per the market environment.
