Product Manager - BFSI

We are looking out for an experienced Product Manager with domain specific knowledge of Lending and adjunct area. The selected person will drive further build-up of the product and surround systems to catering to a million borrowers & multiple lending partners. At all times he/she will be driving position for product and work with founder to provide superlative experience to its users. Management of high calibre team is part of the responsibility.

The position provides direct pathway to become the Chief product officer of the company, deserving candidate may even become the COO of the company.

Responsibility:

1. Product Responsibilities (Core)

a. Understand the functional and regulatory requirements.

b. New feature Adoption after cost benefit analysis

c. Design and development for vertical and horizontal expansion

d. Drive user experience on product usage

e. Own the product roadmap

2. Product Responsibilities (additional) to be done with partners & other stakeholders in the company

a. Manage the Lending partners expectation wrt to our products.

b. Contribute to technology roadmap of company

c. Represent company in forums and investor meetings

d. Vendor selection and management

e. Build culture of excellence & frugal innovation

Requirements:

1. Deep experience in Banking products especially lending

2. Domain exposure to Supply Chain Financing, Loan (Secured and Unsecured), Trade Finance and other loan products.

3. Exposure to Credit assessment procedures

4. Basic understanding of ML and neural technologies

5. Understanding of financial statement

6. Expert knowledge of collection mechanism and challenges

7. Good to excellent communication and presentation skills
