Job Requirements:
- Taking over the transaction once the sales team has won the mandate and assist the team in formulating transaction pricing to ensure revenue is commensurate with risks and administrative efforts
- Structuring transactions on a case by case requirement negotiating with clients, legal counsels and facilitate transaction closings
- Ensure that regulatory, tax and legal related issues are complied with
- Work closely with various stake holders to translate product vision into features & solutions.
- Manage delivery of product enhancements concurrently with feature product visioning & planning.
- Identify & resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic , financial & technical goals.
- Use data, analytics & critical thinking to drive alignment on product vision.

- Highly self-motivated with excellent analytical skills.
- Understanding of regulatory circulars and its impact on transactions.
- Able to respond quickly to critical business needs and priorities while managing multiple tasks
- High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to understand risks in transaction structure and think laterally to build suitable mitigants
- Excellent communication, negotiation, planning and motivational skills.
