Job Description
Product Compliance
- Ensure Time to time fulfillment of requirements published by Risk and Compliance teams
Website Management
- Monitor the Website regularly to ensure all the information related to Commercial card are correctly updated
- Timely check with respective stake holders to ensure their respective Product information/Campaigns/Offer details are correctly updated
- Sets up periodic meetings with the Website management team for enhancements for better customer experience
Digital Acquisition and Partner Management
- Drive Lead Management across partners and to ensure the Digital Channel contribution is as per Business targets
- Engage with multiple stakeholders to ensure incremental volumes, better product profitability and delivering a positive customer experience
- Identify the Sourcing channels, evaluating service providers for delivering various solutions to the identified credit card base
- Ensure combination of tools with techniques to enable effective leads generation
- Managing the highest standards of Sales Quality by ensuring defined benchmarks on lead generation, lead conversions, approvals and declines.
- Responsible for driving business, achieving monthly sales targets through multiple channels
- Ensure better fulfillment ratio
- Ensure Quality of leads and timely evaluate the policy resulting into higher business outcome
- Responsible for increasing penetration in the pre-defined base and channel (Telesales and Digital) within defined cost of acquisition
- Drive Onboarding new partners that will help increase the volumes

Technical Integration
Seamless execution of file exchange
- Drive acquisition through the pre-qualified customer base to ensure higher number of closure
- Update team on awareness of the Competition & their strategy
- Conduct Periodic reviews of product and processes
