Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive acquisition and engagement for sustainable growth.
- Spearhead the development of an engagement platform to enhance user experience and retention.
- Drive product-led growth initiatives to acquire and retain users.
- Implement data-driven experiments and iterate on strategies to optimize growth.
- Drive the product planning process across cross-functional teams of the company and Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with business objectives.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements, priorities and convert them into product ideas
- Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Define the product strategy and roadmap, guide a product from conception through design and release
- Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective
- Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the Development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
- Define KPIs to measure product success
- Run beta and pilot programs for new business initiatives
- Make strategic decisions based on market and competitor analyses.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or relevant field. Standard project management training/certification would be an added benefit.
- Proven teamwork / leadership skills as well as excellent analytical and conceptual skills including an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluency in written and verbal communication engaging with top talent in the organization and dealing with senior stakeholder management, creation and delivery of effective presentations.
- Have gained experience in the field of digitalization and are able to quickly familiarize yourself with different professional and technical domains.
- Experience rolling out SaaS solutions, as well as product led development- exposure with capital market product would be an added advantage.
- Understanding of Agile methodology, working with other tech and non-tech function/ product owners.
- Define metrics to improvise product funnel.
- Experience leading projects across international time zones in a completely virtual environment.
- Should have an ownership driven appetite towards problem solving.
