Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end product management process for digital banking products, from ideation to launch and beyond.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless product delivery.

- Define and prioritize the product roadmap in line with business goals and customer needs.

- Conduct market research and analyze competitor offerings to drive innovation in the digital product suite.

- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and work closely with legal and risk management teams.

- Gather and incorporate customer feedback to enhance product features and functionality.

- Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and implement improvements to drive user engagement and adoption.

- Drive agile methodologies and work in sprint cycles to deliver key features efficiently.

Key Requirements:

- 3-8 years of experience in product management, specifically within a bank or financial services organization.

- Proven experience in building and launching digital products (e.g., mobile banking apps, digital wallets, or online banking platforms).

- Strong understanding of banking processes, regulatory environments, and customer experience in financial services.

- Excellent project management skills with experience in agile product development.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data to drive decision-making.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with customer journey mapping, UX/UI design principles, and A/B testing.

- Familiarity with API-driven product development and fintech integrations.

- Knowledge of digital payment systems, loans, or wealth management products.
