Our client is one of the leading global banking firms which provides industry-focused services for clients across geographies. We are currently looking for a skilled professional to join their Transaction Banking Division in Bangalore as a Product Manager.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Lead Product Development initiatives, including new product launches and variations, while ensuring adherence to Product Management policies.

- Manage change initiatives as per organizational Change Guidelines, and analyse the risk associated with various change initiatives.

- Foster stakeholder engagement to facilitate effective delivery of product submissions, change initiatives, and governance activities.

- Maintain alignment of Product Frameworks, guidelines, and templates with internal policies and drive strategic initiatives like Online Product Portal (OPP) workflow automation.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Currently working in the Transaction Banking division of a leading investment bank and having an overall experience of 7-10 years in the banking and financial services industry.

- Experience in leading change initiatives or product management initiatives within transaction banking.

- Prior experience in dealing with institutional/transaction banking products such as cash, payments, trade, etc.
