Product Manager - Fx Sales Treasury with Private sector Bank

- Understanding of FX business

- Basic understanding of Treasury FX Products (Cash, Tom Spot, Forwards and derivatives )

- Basic Understanding of the regulatory guidelines applicable

- Analytics and Process Re-engineering

- Data Analytics (Internal Data / External Data)

- Testing of hypothesis (Client analysis, Product performance analysis)

- Identify revenue opportunities through new product, process changes etc

- Ability to plot customer journey, identify inefficiencies

- Digital Adoption / Product Management

- Understand digitization, Align automation with customer experience

- Responsible for smooth functioning of the digital offerings

- Conduct channel training on digital product initiative, run campaign/pipeline calls

- Coordinate with Tech team to implement enhancements to the product

- Project Management

- Ability to effectively track implementation of various project / process changes

- Observe timelines and timely escalate outliers

- Solution oriented approach

- Liasoning with stakeholder to ensure progress
