Role : Product Manager

Responsibilities Include :

- Design, enhance and manage products to support the Bank's strategy along with ensuring competitive suitability of the products in the market.

- Liaise with Sales team, Design and implement relevant product offerings / programs to drive disbursement volumes.

- Develop customer communication, marketing initiatives to achieve business goals

- Analyse the market portfolio to identify potential opportunities

- Track competition, industry metrics, forecasts and qualitative market data for different segments

- Liaison with support groups including business intelligence unit, legal, operations and technology to ensure your strategy is understood and executed.

Educational Qualifications : CA/MBA from reputed institutes with 1-6 years of experience may apply.
