Location: Mumbai, Goregaon (WFO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- End-to-end ownership of product development
- Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
- Understand business requirements and convert them into logical solutions
- Be an expert with respect to the competition
- Act as a leader within the company
- Manage a team of business analysts
- Responsible for a demanding and rewarding variety of duties related to products development
- Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans
- Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
- Pre-requisites/key characteristics and skills required:
- Total 5+ years
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Product Management
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated success defining and launching technology products in a B2C market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent judgment and thoughtfulness about the dynamics of a product lifecycle
- Proactive and self-driven with attention to detail
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- High level motivational skills, Identification and promotion of high potentials and talents with the Business analyst team Qualification - IT/Comp science background
