Product Manager - B2C - Internet/Online

Hiring Product Manager for a B2C VC backed start-up.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and take ownership of product end-to-end: including defining scope, developing requirements product launch

- Responsible for analysing customer needs/markets, competitive offering, and user requirements in depth

- Ability to coordinate with various functions to ensure product roll-out within defined timelines, understand product priorities, and implement a product governance framework

- Responsible for innovative feature conceptualization, designing wireframes/prototypes and documenting PRDs to enhance app usability

- Work collaboratively with various teams including marketing, business, UX, customer support and engineering teams etc.

- To oversee and manage the product on a daily basis through data insights, customer studies, competitive comparisons & benchmarking, stakeholder interviews and closely work with the tech team to build product strategy and release features.

- Build systems and controls to protect against credit and operational risk.

- Create a strong user experience for internal and external users

- Work with Business and Operations to engineer processes that meet required service levels

Requirement:

- 2-6 years of experience in Product Management. Experience identifying business opportunities, building a product strategy, and influencing deliver against a multi-year roadmap

- B2C start-up experience

- Experience identifying business opportunities, building a product strategy, and influencing deliver against a multi-year roadmap

- Robust understanding of complex and scalable technical architecture for web and mobile applications

- Problem solver with strong analytical skills and comfort with data

- Proven track record of translating customer pains into product features, delivering delightful customer experiences that drive business results

- Exceptionally strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders
