Job purpose and description:
As a Product Manager, this person would be responsible for achieving all business objectives of the Company from the Consumer Wellbeing (B2C) business unit - s/he will be responsible to achieve business goals and targets of the company from new and existing services and targeted directly to the end customer.
This person would be the custodian of the Consumer Wellbeing (B2C) business unit of the company and would carry complete responsibility and accountability for the growth and success of the business. The key responsibilities of a person in this role would be:
- Identify new and potential services and revenue streams offered through the co Mobile app - the company's central platform for continuous engagement with the customer. These could include coaching services, consulting services, sale of products and monitoring devices -
Conduct customer and market surveys and research to get customer insights, understand customer needs and desires for better opportunity assessments and to create a strong product-market fit -
Define product features and functionality and translate them into detailed requirements for development in coordination with the solution architecture, development and user experience teams
Create a strong user experience for the product to ensure that the customers love our products
Carry out market and competitive assessment and analysis - assessing competition by comparing company's product / features with competitor's product / features to define and build a differentiated product
Work closely with the user experience and development teams to build prototypes, minimal viable product, conduct consumer testing and incorporate use case feedback into the product
Understanding of application of technology - Build robust business models and plans, create sales, financial and customer projections
Finalise pricing and commercial terms for the services offered on the platform. Work closely with the product marketing team to create effective launch, customer acquisition, continuous engagement and upsell strategies
This person will need to collaborate with other departments in the company, especially with Product Marketing, User Experience, Solution Architecture and Development teams, to achieve business objectives and to meet business goals consistently.
Qualifications and work experience
Graduate + MBA from a premier institute with 6-8 years- relevant experience in a similar role, having accountability for a technology or mobile app product from inception, execution to successful launch and market acceptance
Should have previously worked in an IT Product, E-Commerce or Consumer Services company or any other relevant industry in a similar role.
