Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Lead the overall frontend product roadmap across all platforms - web, mobile, android/ iOS app

- Manage the product development process from conception through design, build, release, analysis, and iteration including customer onboarding flow, underwriting journey, etc.

- Employ a range of qualitative (user discovery research, focus groups, usability studies, etc.) and quantitative (surveys, analytics, market research, etc.) methods to better understand our user preferences and behaviour

- Conduct A/B tests to improve conversion rate

- Work with designers /tech developers and manage release cycles.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

- Min 5 years of experience, of which at least 2 years of in front end product management of a leading Indian B2C app/ website with at least 1.5 million MAU( monthly active users)

- Min 2 years of experience in an Indian startup is mandatory.

- Familiarity with APIs, documentation, web system architecture.
