Role & Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for derivatives APIs.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Align product strategy with overall company objectives and market trends.
Market Analysis And Client Engagement
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Engage with key clients and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on API products.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Product Development And Management
- Lead the product development process from concept to launch.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of API features.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and client satisfaction.
- API Sales Support
- Provide technical and product expertise to support the sales team in client engagements.
- Develop and deliver product presentations, demos, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to address client queries and issues.
- Documentation And Compliance
- Ensure comprehensive and up-to-date product documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to derivatives trading.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience:
- Minimum 4+ years as a Product Manager working with B2C companies.
- Minimum 2+ years as a Product Manager working at brokerage firms, trading houses, or stock market-focused Fin-Tech companies.
- Proven experience in driving customer adoption and growth.
- Experience in developing algorithmic trading strategies with a focus on the stock market and trading.
Core Skills:
- Strong background in stock market and trading.
- Ability to develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy.
- Experience in leading product development processes from concept to launch.
- Proficiency in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
