Product Manager - B2B SaaS Firm - IIT/IIM/BITS/ISB

A growing B2B SaaS company is looking for Product Managers with ability to create product 0-1

Responsibilities :

- Product vision and roadmap : Engage in defining the vision and roadmap for the product being managed and also work with the engineering teams to define the release planning. Work with the engineering team to shape the technical roadmap for the product managed.

- Product Backlog : Manage the Product Backlog and work with the stakeholders to (customers, engineers, sales teams etc.) to shape the backlog thus maximising the value delivered

- Market and User Research : Conduct market research (competitor analysis, reporting, upcoming trends etc.) and user research (job-to-be-done) for the product being managed.

- Own Go-to-market : Work with marketing and sales teams to define product offerings and device GTM and pricing strategies.

- Go-to Product Technical Expert : Troubleshoot escalation issues with your strong technical skills. Document product features and train internal/external customers on the same.

- Lead cross-functional team : Work collaboratively with team members across all departments including Engineering, Product, Product Marketing, Analytics, Business Engagement and Sales. Effectively present product ideas, strategies and designs to appropriate stakeholders.

- Product Analytics : Measure product/module/feature usage and performance and build data driven insights.

- Documentation : Contribute to documentation for release notes, training manuals etc.

Qualifications :

- At least 3 or more years of Product Management experience. Experience building B2B/SaaS/Enterprise Tech products is preferred. Ideal candidate would have worked on Products with focus on the US Customers/Market.

- Ability to write user stories, use cases and workflows, simplify the requirements, create mock-ups and a good understanding of engineering concepts.

- Passion for the customer value / satisfaction and exceptional user experience with a desire to track, measure and improve upon these areas.

- Proven ability to partner with developers to deliver high-quality releases to the market in a timely fashion.

- Deep understanding of cloud, platform, API integration, databases, business applications, and UX.

- Thorough understanding of project management and agile development methodologies.

- Education background preferably from top tier schools like IIT/IIM/BITS/ISB would be great.

- Domain knowledge is CSR/Grants/Sustainability/ESG space would be a big plus.
