A mission-oriented fintech start-up building a suite of payments and financing products to simplify fee collections for educational institutions and make education spends more convenient and affordable for parents. We work with 700+ institutions and process fees for over 100K students today.

What are the key problems this team is solving.

We've divided our problem statements into 4 major tracks:

- Consumer Experience: Build a superlative consumer product that helps parents achieve their goal of making education fee payments with ease.

- Partner Institute Experience: Build an intuitive revenue management platform for our institutes that helps them forecast and reconcile cash flows.

- Payments Infrastructure: Build strong lending and payment rails that will form the foundation of everything we do.

- Internal Tooling: Build on the in-house CRM, loan management systems and data visualization tool to help internal teams do their best work and serve our institutes and parents efficiently.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has 3+ years of product experience working in high-growth consumer internet companies

- Has a high sense of ownership and a bias for action

- Is a master at identifying the right problems to solve

- Can drive and execute roadmaps to solve these problems with finesse

- Can engage with engineering teams fluently

- Is a people's person and can lead without authority

- Is a Full-stack PM - can work with data, shows consumer empathy, understands design and can wear multiple hats!

What will they be responsible for

- They will own one or more of the tracks mentioned above

- They will be responsible for moving the needle for their respective tracks through both product and non-product initiatives

- Work as an individual contributor and take responsibility of their own work

- Build and train a team of PMs as the organization grows
