Headquartered in Bangalore, this sericulture-based startup was founded by NIFT gold-medalist with years of cross domain experience and also co-founded by an IIT-Delhi graduate and also co-founded by a full stack technology architect with years of technology related work experience.

As a Product Manager B2B, you will be responsible for conducting primary research in the field to document key customer problems, and translating them into product offerings.
What you will do:
- Collaborating with Business and identifying which metrics to focus on, in order to achieve strategic goals
- Studying similar products, and keeping a track on the new innovations
- Designing and tracking strategies and experiments to improve the key metrics
- Designing and implementing experiments to quantify customer behaviour and preferences in order to improve retention
- Guiding the UX team to piece together wireframes and flows which are in line with the customer - understanding
- Conducting User Tests on all major features before rolling them out
- Building a deeper analytical system to inform all the strategies and experiments
- Staying on top of all the growth metrics
- Implementing a feedback loop in order to further improve the product features
- Planning and prioritising the key features
- Coordinating with Engineering to ensure that planned features are delivered according to the specs, and in time
- Ensuring that internal users get enough training and support to ensure high adherence of new features - needed for Operations
- Creating and delivering product help sections and videos for both internal and external users
Desired Candidate Profile
What you need to have:
- Experience as a PM with a B2B product (preferably serving over 10K+ customers)
- Knowledge of product analytics and related blogs
- Prior experience with any product based or startup company
- Strong communication skills
