Our mission is to provide effective ads management, automation, insights, and analytics tailored to Walmart's unique ecosystem. Our cutting-edge SaaS solution is designed to maximize our clients' success on Walmart's platform.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising, a passion for product innovation, and a track record of successful product management in the SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's mission and market needs.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product roadmap priorities.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to define product requirements and deliver features that meet customer needs.

- Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.

- Engage with customers, sales, and support teams to gather feedback and understand user needs and pain points.

- Translate customer insights into actionable product improvements and innovative solutions.

- Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and drive data-informed decisions.

- Continuously assess product performance and implement enhancements to improve user experience and business outcomes.

- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.

- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across all stakeholders to align product initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications:

Experience:

- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or digital advertising platforms.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies, such as Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and roadmap planning.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
