As the Product Manager, you will be evaluating and improving a customers journey on the company's website
What you will do :
- Liaising with developers on a day-to-day basis to provide specifications, test and roll out new features on the website
- Constantly optimizing the e-commerce funnel on the company's website, with a view to increase conversions and ROI
- Sharp analysis and improvement of website UX
- Using marketing automation tools on the company's website with the intent to engage users and increase conversions / AOV
- Liaising with campaign managers regularly to align on business priorities and supporting campaigns performance
- Identifying new trends and insights, and optimizing customer journeys on the website based on the insights.
- Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies for the website.
- Evaluating emerging technologies.
- Providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Candidate Profile :
What you need to have :
- Prior experience in website management, digital marketing or product management for a consumer start-up will be a plus.
- Should have managed website and UX optimization for consumer start-ups.
- Have experience is doing end-to-end product management as part of a web development team
