Role & Requirement:

- Responsible for driving used car business in top and tier 2 Markets through channels and Branch

- Responsible for setting up alliances with Used Car Channels

- Responsible for running scheme to get competitive edge

- Product and Process development in collaboration with Policy and Risk, tech team

- Responsible for portfolio quality and triggers monitoring region wise

- Should have knowledge of auto market and used car product

- Should have in-depth knowledge of market for expansion and sourcing channels

- Leadership quality to drive team for disbursement target

- Responsible for cost rationalization, vendor payout, channels review overall cost in Auto Business

- Responsible for driving quality project as mandated by Seniors

- Command on communication and presentation and analytical skill

- Capability to engage senior management for market development and driving the set agenda

- Leveraging inter-dependencies to add value to others with active participation on all key performance areas
