- Responsible for growth of product, Coining the necessary process, and solutions, Prepare, and implement comprehensive Product and Solutioning plan in line with business objective.

- Meeting the management objectives.

- New Product Development / Introduction .

- Product Innovation & Ideating

- New Journey Development.

- Policy Change requirement.

- Upgrading the existing journey with new Micros services.

- Journeys for Cross Sell of respective Product

- Tracking Impact of the launch of Product / Journey

Business :

- Budgeting for FY for Product .

- Business Tracking against Targets

- Tracking activation of VLE on Product

- State Level and Channel Level tracking

- Tracking against % penetration in Branches.

- Tracking high value tickets

- Drives for Channel

- Interaction with the Channel to track progress & Support on Product

- Weekly calls with Channel & Sales Team of respective Product

- Weekly calls with Product Team

Business Hygiene :

- TAT for conversion

- AMB / Zero Balance / Closure / Multiple Products / IP

- Ageing of leads

- FTNR

- Reason for rejection of leads

- Tracking conversion %

- Tracking against % against Branches

Process :

- Business Process streamline

- Policy changes & Services charge maintenance for CASA (CSC PCs)

- Updation of Branches in the DAP Journey

Projects Enablers :

- Providing Pre Approved data

- Providing Opportunity Base

- Providing COCO for Salary & Mandates for Govt business.

Driving Channel :

- Interaction with Channel
