Role Overview:

As a Product Manager, you will drive the strategy, development, and execution of AI-powered products. You will work closely with researchers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure successful deployment of AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision, aligning with business goals and technological capabilities.

2. AI Product Development: Work with ML engineers and researchers to translate AI advancements into scalable, user-centric products.

3. Market & User Research: Identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning for AI products.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver high-impact AI solutions.

5. Metrics & Iteration: Define KPIs, analyze product performance, and iterate based on data and user feedback.

6. Stakeholder Management: Communicate product updates to leadership, investors, and customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. 4-8 years of product management experience, preferably in AI/ML, SaaS, or B2B tech.

2. Strong technical understanding of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, generative AI, NLP, etc.) and ability to work with engineering teams.

3. Experience in 0-to-1 product development and scaling early-stage products.

4. Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making (SQL, analytics tools).

5. Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

6. Prior experience in startups or fast-paced R&D environments is a plus.

Nice-to-Have:

1. Background in computer science, data science, or AI-related fields.

2. Familiarity with AI model deployment, MLOps, or cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).

3. Experience in enterprise AI solutions or developer tools.
