Key Responsibilities & Accountability

1. Product Design & Roadmap

- Help create a differentiated and defensible product by collaborating with stakeholders (product / engineering, data sciences, content and sales / marketing) and influencing technology roadmap

- Create a product vision and detailed product roadmap; Identifying, prioritizing and implementing specific improvement opportunities across suit of products

- Develop clear product specifications, working closely with technology leaders, designers, and developers; Ability to influence stakeholders who may often have conflicting objectives

- Manage and deliver projects with the highest levels of performance, reliability, usability and customer delight; Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results

2. Talk to our users and turn them into passionate evangelists. Deep understanding of customer needs and building that into the product experience

3. Superior analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems. In particular, identifying customer needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs and also achieve the business objectives.

4. Design market research to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions.

Skills & Qualification

- MBA +BE, with 5+ years of experience in a product management role; Prior experience on managing apps in a mandatory.

- Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written) and influencing skills.

- Strong Analytical Skills and Process Orientation

- You're willing to find resolutions to customer issues early, late and often.

- Self-driven. You superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow- have through on tasks. You don't get overwhelmed easily.

- Naturally curious. You're innovative, extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things.

- Fun. You're a charismatic people person who can talk to anyone; you're flexible, fearless, and excited to help build something awesome and share it with the world.
