Job Description:

Primary Products:

- Structure Products

- Private Equity and Real Estate Funds

- Wealth Structuring & Planning (Succession Planning/Trusts/Holding Structures/Corporate Structuring from M&A/Tax perspective)

Secondary Products:

- Large Investment Banking type Direct Real Estate deals like Commercial Real Estate, Underwriting in Residential Projects etc.

- RE NCD / HY Loans/NCDs (e.g. Loan against Shares) or PMSes of the same

- Liaisoning with NBFCs for lending against portfolios

- Fund Raising Mandates (equity or debt) through referrals to PE/IBs or match-making between clients with Offshore investments

The Successful Candidate:

- The successful applicant will have around 6-8 years of experience in Wealth Management, Tax/Consultancy/Advisory or with Alternate Asset Management Firm

- CFA or MBA (finance preferred) from premier institutes
